I Had a Miscarriage 4 weeeks ago on june 7,2009 .i was 5 weeks i did not have to have a DNC (thank God) its been 4 weeks now and still no period and my hcg is down i was wondering when will i start a period.i took a HPT today and its neg
i knew it would be but had to do it just scard wonderin why iv not started is something wrong i pray not..we are not trying for another baby for a few months we been very careful i all so have  ovarian cyst on both side of my ovars my right 1 has been hurting on and off pain bad at times fo ra few days now does it mean i could be ready to start please any help would help i know no1 is a doc here but just seenin if any1 been threw this  ty all

ty ladys i got it sheww lol  was just worryed  about myself ..the doc want sme on birth control for  afew months then try for another baby

takes about 6 weeks on average.  Mine was about 5.  It depends.  I'm so sorry for your loss.  I lost one also 3 months ago.  And a year ago today.  God Bless and good luck.

I'm sorry for your loss..My period came exactly 28 days from the day I started MC. But My hcg went down to zero with in a few days.  Everyone is different from what I have read, I wouldn't worry give it time.

Most women will have a period 4 to 6 weeks after their miscarriage is complete.  I counted from the day that my levels were down to 0 and around 28 days AF arrived.   If it doesn't start within the next few days and you may call your dr to see if they can give you something to help bring AF on so that your body can get back to normal again.  

The pain could be an indication of AF coming on, it's hard to tell though.
