normal ebmryo sac??

I had an ultrasound yesterday. Should be about 5 weeks pregnant. Doctor said that the embryo sac didn't look normal, it should've been clear but it was "blurry". Can this still be normal pregnancy?
The doctor said that I shouldn't keep my hopes very high, since I've also been bleeding a little (brown discharge). Bleeding has stopped for now, but I'm very afraid!
Thanks so much for answering!

Thank you so much for answering!
My situation is still unclear. There's been a little bleeding but not much. I had a blood test and the hcg-level was ok. But now I'm waiting for results from the second blood test. Doctor seems to be pretty sure that this is mc. I have to take som pills to speed things up if the bleeding doesn't start soon. :( This *****.

Unfortunately I am not a doctor so I couldnt tell you if the sac looked normal...  It does look similar to what i think I was looking at when I had my ultra sound for my blighted ovum.. but at the same time, i was suppose to be 12 weeks so a bit more....  Bleeding generally isnt a really good sign.. I would go back for another ultra sound in a week or so, to see if anything has changed or become more clear (unless you pass naturally)... 5 weeks is pretty early to see much from what I hear.

I hope for the best for you and that you get more replies from people who maybe have seen a healthy 5 week ultra sound
