going through miscarriage found an old tampon ... ???
hi all,
I am goin through my second miscarriage after having gone through one two months ago. I was at the obgyns yesterday. Had a sono and exam. They didnt find a tampon. Today as I was passing some clots a big old tampon came out. How did they miss this? could this have been the cause of my miscarriages?

Unless you had toxic shock syndrome (and if you did, you would know), it's hard to imagine an old tampon would cause a miscarriage.
