im hoping for a miracle :(

(9weeks preg) On tuesday last week I started gettin a stabbing pain every now an then so went 2 the docs wednesday he assured me everythin was ok an just 2 take it easy but he only took a urine test an felt my tummy :s that afternoon I noticed some brownish spotting in my knickers this panicked me but I spent the rest of the day in bed an I only spotted a tiny bit more on friday I decided 2 go 2 a&e because I was so worried they scanned me an sed they didn't think I was as far gone as I thort they could see the sac an "something" in there but suspected I was only 5/6 weeks told me 2 come back in 10 days for a scan an just carry on as normal not lifting anythin heavy etc, I went into work sat nigh (waitress) an went to the toilet an lost a few big clots that I felt come out an heard splash in the toilet, I had no pain but I am guessing that was by baby? I was so upset but had to continue on at work as no one knows, its now monday an I'm still bleeding but no more clots an not a lot of blood, is there any chance i cud still be pregnant? My appointment isn't till next wednesday 26th oct I just want 2 no ASAP please help me :( x

To be totally honest with you...

If you are certain you are 9 weeks, and the sac is measuring 5 to 6 weeks with no fetal heartbeat, plus bleeding and clots, this does sound like a loss.  I obviously cannot diagnose, and you should go back for your second scan, but based on this info this is what it does sound like.  I'm so sorry.  I hope that I am wrong and all is well.  Please take care, I know this is a very difficult thing to go through.  Is there any chance you could be 3 to 4 weeks off on your dates?

I would go to the ER right now and tell them you lost cloths, its different when your loosing cloths than when your just spotting. They will either confirm that you are indeed still pregnant or if you miscarried....
