hello i too just delivered my son born to soon on may 18th. i was 20 weeks that day but he was only approx 15 weeks developed.
i too cannot wait to get pregnant again as i really wanted  a son and was shocked enought to lose him but it was by him coming out i knew he was a boy. not the way i wanted to find out.
anyways it has been 12 days since i lost him and my doctor told me i could start anytime they will tell you to wait at least 1 to 2 cycles but that is more so that they know when you concieved but you can get sonogram to determine conception. i asked her when i would be fertile after that and she said for the most part it is like your cycle so mine should be ovulating this weekend being 14 days after. like she said even if your body doesnt ovulate what does it hurt to try many people get pregnant right after.
anyways just so you know you do it when you are ready i too asked doctor and was told at least one cycle but i have appointment with her again in 2 mths and she said very likely i could already concieved. i am hopeful.
just relax and have fun best way to have baby and the least stress possible

It is going to take a while for your hcg levels to drop to zero if you were 20 weeks...you will not ovulate until they hit zero. I know its hard but try not to rush yourself, let your body get back to normal...it will be easier to tell how far along you are when you do get pregnant again if you wait until after you have at least 1 period.

Its totally up to you and how you feel emotionally, especially if everything is back to normal so to speak. Go with your own gut feeling and if you feel ready then go for it and good luck
