lost my pregnancy

Hi, I'm 28 yrs and married 6 yrs now. I had a miscarriage end of january and was wondering how soon can I get pregnant again and what will help town try and ave my pregnacy till full term!?

I misscarried in August and found out that I was pregnant in January. I'll be 14 weeks Friday.=D

Thanks!! I thing maybe it was the stress, I did have my period last month....but now I don't want to stress about to get pregnant!!

I'm 21, I miscarried Oct 28th at 12 weeks and then became pregnant again Dec 12, based on my due date (I never had a period afterwards) and on Wednesday I will be 15 weeks! :) I rest a lot more and eat a lot more fruits and vegetables these days... have less stress in my life as well. Good luck!! :)
