Hello and welcome to the forum.  I am sorry about a delay in response and that you have gone through this.  What was the outcome?  I would most certainly say that if you begin bleeding heavily during early pregnancy, that you should be checked by a doctor.  A clinic may be helpful for you.  Some women do get bleeds during pregnancy and it does not affect things.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/bleeding-during-pregnancy/basics/definition/sym-20050636  Most women who have bleeding in the first trimester do go on to have healthy babies.  However, the miscarriage statistic is one out of 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage.  It is hard to say what is happening from your description.  Please update us though.  And prenatal care is important.  I would try to think of how you can acquire insurance or healthcare during the critical time of pregnancy.  Please let us know how you are doing.
