need help. im 6wk and 3days

I'm six weeks and three days. I went had a vaginal ultra last Friday no baby or heart beep or yolk sac. I went back a week later which make me six weeks and 3 days. Still nothing. Doctor said I should have a dnc cause baby never develop. Which I have gestaniol sac but nobody. Should I go ahead and have a dnc or wait. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping

If you were that early in pregnancy, you should have your Dr check your levels for a couple Weeks to see if they go down on there own. That early you should be able to miscarry naturally and not have to go through that procedure which could cause complications later on (if you want to try again). But of course, there is a chance that your body does not miscarry naturally (everyone is different). IMO I would wait on the D&C until absolutely necessary.

Also, they say that ultrasounds are very reliable and accurate, but the machine may have been messed up... It is hard to tell. Sad to say, but this while process has been a waiting game for me. :/

Good luck!

I told the doctor when I went Nov 2 that I didn't know exactly my last period was. The done blood work that day set my appt for my first vult. They measure my G sac it was five week and 3days. I had another ultra sound for yesterday still the same thing (no baby or yolk sac or hb) before they even done blood work again the doc want to go ahead have a dnc. I told no I wanted blood work done an another vultra. I post to go back Monday for my blood work. An a ultrasound. Hopefully I get good news.  I thinking I'm four or five weeks. Could the doc be wrong?
