Have you got a BFN since you're surgeries? That would be the only way to know without having your blood drawn to get an idea if your hormones went all the way down or not. If you have got a BFN then later get a BFP then you are most likely carrying a new baby...

Thanks I just never went this long without AF....just a little worried.  The DR office just told me to take a pregnancy test every week since im having unprotected sex until my next surgery since I dont know when I will ovulate. I have not had my HCG levels checked. how long did u wait to have it checked afterwards?

My doctor said up to 8 weeks is fine, but anything longer than that he would want to see me again.  Have you had your HCG levels checked?  It is possible that they took a while to get back to zero, and your cycle cannot start again until they go below 5.  Many women don't ovulate on the first cycle after a miscarriage also.  I hope this helps.  If you didn't have your HCG levels checked, it might be worth going to have them checked and having an ultrasound if they are not yet zero.  Good luck.
