Hi everyone I found out I was four weeks pregnant when I went to the emergency room because I was bleeding and cramping, I did take a pregnancy test 1 week before and it was possitive so iknew I was pregnant. At the emergency room the doctor told me that my cervix was closed so that I didn't misscarry.they did an ultrasound and I saw my baby, they diagnosed me with a threatend misscarriage and told me that they would have to check my blood every 2 days, after the ER I have not bleed and have had no cramping.  so I mad the appt 2 days later and got my blood drawn, the doctor called me 1 day later and told me that my blood levels were high, and I have read that that's a good thing. So she told me that I would probably have a spongtaneous misscarriage naturally. I'm so confused because my blood levels were high which means everything is going good why is she telling me that I'm nost likely to misscarry. I'm so confused

Looks like betas are good!!!  Hang in there till you can do another u/s and actually see something.. Keeping everything crossed for you!!!!

I would get another sono. it looks like it levels are doubling n that's the way it should be....keep going to get ur blood drawn

Yes they have the first time it was 3688 and yesturdays it was 5500 so they are going up. I have to go in 2 days to get it done again. My mom told me that everything is fine because if not that my blood levels would be decreasing but I'm still concerned about my ob why would she tell me that there's nothing but tissue. Hopefully everything turns out well. Thank you so much. It makes me feel alittle calm to hear that its normal for the heart beat not to show. I also just started spotting again , but its dar blood brownish.

Well, you would not see anything but a sac up to about week 5 or so, then you could see the embryo, but not the heartbeat until about week 6 or so.  I would hang tight, until you could definitely see the h/b, and then go from there.  Have they checked your blood levels to make sure they are increasing?

In the er they told me that I was 4 weeks and 3 days, I went to se my dr and she told me that I only had tissue and that I have 3 options to take a pill to clean me , that she clean me and that we can just let it happen naturally. I didn't get anything and went to see another dr and he told me that I have 5 weeks and 3 days but they couldn't see the heart beat, he said that this is normal that its an early pregnancy and that in about 2 weeks we should see the heart beat I'm scared because my dr told me that there was nothing but tissue and the other dr told me that its very early is it normal idk what to do

I don't know how far along you are, but I bled from week 6 to 16 of my pregnancy pretty much everyday.  Red, brown, light heavy.  My twins are 9 1/2 months now.  Hang in there....it doesn't have to mean m/c.  I know it's hard.  When is your next u/s.
