ttc after stillbirth

i had a stillbirth in aug 09'
we have been ttc since oct sep 09'   my period last month started on 27th my periods are usually right on time 27-30 days a part  never sooner never later but i started my period today it would be 2 days early lastnight i had a very bad headache and felt sick to my stomach also when my fiance touches my breast i find myself telling him to back real fast idk if its in my head or what but could i be preg i took a test 3 days ago it was neg but my second preg i had my period for 2 months all so i have been having real bad heartburn i usually only have it when im preg what should i do i dont have ins. so i cant go to my obgyn but i dont want to wait 2 months to find out if i am due to the fact of my last preg not ending good im scared dont know what to do

yes i had ins the hole time till after the loss was over i was taken well care of i have a great ob doc i just cant affor to go to him without ins u know i said my period started 2 days early this mith it only lasted 31 days by the 3rd day it was gone so i dont know if it could have been inplantation bleeding or not it just seems like it was way to heavy to be that im going to wait till 7 weeks and test see if i get a positive thanks for your post

I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't know what state you are in but here in mass they have free pg testing everywhere. If ins is a issue if you unemployed you are eligable for state ins. I wouldn't put your health on hold due to no ins. I would def try to find some clinics in your area that do free testing and get confirmed if you are pg. Did you have any follow up care after your loss? If you go to your local er they can help you in the right direction in regards to ins etc. There is alot of help out there. Best wishes to you.
