S.S. nurse wants to meet at library to give first Copaxone

First of all i want to say.     Thank God  my daughter got her Copaxone 20 last Thursday.    I'm so thankful she finialy has the med she needs.  She called shared solution they said they would call her this week to set it up.     Nurse called back and said she would be down from columbus. Saterday so all was good.       Now  dif nurse called to set it up again saying she would have to meet us at a library on Sunday ! She wasnt liense in ohio     And we would need to meet her in wv  or ky.  
Jamie told her she wasnt comfortable to meet her in a library  with alot of people around.    
She said she call her back
Any sugestion?    It this the norm?

what??? There are a couple SS nurses in Ohio and they most certainly can and must come to your home.  there  is no need to meet in a library and that makes no sense at all.  Are you sure about these details? This is absolutely NOT the norm and I hope by now this has been sorted out.  You daughter needs to travel no where - be sure she calls SS to register the problem.

No way. She needs to do it in the privacy of your home. The first shot is really emotional. It makes MS real. That is just lazy on Shared Solutions part.

No, that's nuts. I suggest you call SS and tell them this will not work, they need to send someone to your home. They are making huge bucks on this drug and should deliver services they promise. If it takes an extra week it won't matter overall. MS doesn't need a rush on treatment meds.
