A request for Prayers

My Daughter Cheri is in need of Prayers. There is a 55% chance she has breast cancer, so of course I am holding on the the 45% that it isn't. She will see the Surgeon Monday. Cheri is 42 and the mother of 5 beautiful children and wife to a wonderful husband. Cheri has been my rock for the past 23 years. She has traveled on this life's journey of living with MS since the DX. Now she needs me to be the strong one, which will not be a problem for me. When ever one of "our baby chicks" need us, we Mother's manage to be there.
I have a total faith in the power of Prayers, so I want to thank each of you in advance for yours. I know each of you will take Cheri into your hearts. There isn't a more loving daughter than Cheri is. Her faith is as strong as she is, but I know she is very scared and concerned for every one who loves her.
I will keep you all up dated as the days go by. Again thank you all so much for your love, support and Prayers..

Hi Sis, I posted on your homesite, Wanted to tell you I love you, remember,  " A lot To Think About, Nothing To Worry About!" It's pretty much, "Let go Let God".  Not easy, but you are surrounded by so much love from so many Family and Friends, I'm sure Cheri must feel it coming her way. You are right! Prayers and knowing others are praying for you are sure to fill you heart to the overflow state.  I too have experienced that recently.  For example, I went with the friends I am staying with to a Christmas Cantata at their church last night.  It was so very good.  Very professionally done with choirs and small orchestra.  I was glued to it the entire time.  A woman I had just met asked me if I would like the women at the church to make me a prayer quilt and what colors I like.  
The good news for you...I work with 3 women (teachers) who are cancer survivors. It is really a powerful thing for me to know since there are only 7 teachers in my entire little school!  One had breast cancer, one had ovarian cancer, one had endometrial cancer.  Treatments have improved so much and they know so much more these days about how to treat cancers.  BELIEVE!

Thank you all so very much, your messages of love have brought tears to my eyes,(tears are good sometimes) especially when their cause is because your heart is as full . I knew you would answer my call for much needed Prayers.
I have complete trust in our Lord and never ask Him why, there isn't an answer I could understand. I also believe that my Faith isn't being tested nor is Cheri's. She is so beautiful inside out, and I am so Blessed that she is my daughter.
We will weather this storm , your love and Prayers will help more than you might realize.
How can Thank you, possibly be enough, but please know that I do Thank each of you so very much, I don't think I have ever received so much support and love before becoming a part of our group. Please also know that I am here for you too.
I'll keep you all up dated as I learn more about just what it is that Cheri has to face.
I know if she could she would also want to say a heartfelt "Thank you" Too.
With all of you being there I know for sure that I will be her strength for her to lean on for as long as she needs me to be.

I asked God to send all of his warring angels down from Heaven to do battle for Cheri.  Of course, God already knows the answer to the mystery, as to whether it is or isn't breast cancer.  I therefore, asked God to give her complete healing of her mind and body and the strength to endure the waiting, to find out her diagnosis.

I also asked God to give her precious mother, DJ, (that would be you) for the strength to go through all this worry, unscathed.

There is no greater or more powerful prayer, than that of a mother for her child.  I seriously believe that, DJ.  I hope your "baby chick" will get the good news we are praying for.
