Aah Spring and its Challenges

Ahh Spring, and its Challenges

Well, if YOU are like me, and YOU have "survived" your Winter challenges (i.e. symptoms which occur in Winter), YOU are now preparing for the next round of challenges, in Spring & Summer.

I can only speak for myself, but I have various MS symptoms throughout the year.  Each Season arrives and brings its own "set of challenges" (MS symptoms).  Extreme temperatures bring with them, their own challenges, from freezing cold temperatures to sweating hot temperatures, we each must bare similar symptoms.

I can say, that tremors increase, extreme fatigue (gets even more extreme), etc.

My "MS Voodoo Doll" has lots of choices between:  "a poke with a needle" causing local pain, "flame from a lighter" causing burning pain, "a squeeze to a limb" causing local numbness, not to mention muscle spasms, as well.

As long as we realize these symptoms will occur, we can adapt, and enjoy the weather outside, with some planning, and realistic expectations.

May Our God Bless YOU, in His Mighty Way, today, and every day.

Thank YOU.

I'm anxious, for the weather to warm up, into the 70's, so I can get outside and enjoy the weather, nature, fresh air, etc.

I pray YOU do, too.
