Acoustic neuroma

Does anybody know if having a acoustic neuroma is any way connected with having MS?

The only possible connection I can think of is symptom overlap. Depending on where the tumor is, and what nerves it may be pressuring, it might cause MS like symptoms.

It is not. As one who's been suspected in the past of having both conditions, and seen two inner-ear specialists, I can say this with a lot of confidence. I hope you don't have either one.

An AN is a (benign) tumor, completely unrelated to autoimmune disease.

Good luck to you.
