Dear forum friends,

Those of you who know DJ are always pulling for her.  This afternoon I especially hope that everyone will pause and offer one healing thought for her.  In just a few minutes her doctor will be working to correct her morphine pump and she is going into this with her usual positive attitude.  

For her privacy, I am not going to go into many details here for the whole world to read, but drop me a pm if you have been trying to get in touch with her and I will give you the latest update.  

She wanted me to relay to everyone that she misses being here - she is in the midst of making plans for a major move to relocate with her daughter back east, but for now she is still in CA.

Here's a quick update - DJ has has her apt. waiting for her.  Being on line continues to be nearly impossible and she misses being here.

Does anyone know a moving company that might donate a bit of space on a truck to get her small amount of belongings across the country?  She has given a lot away, but still has some items that have to be shipped.  The cost to rent a truck is prohibitive on a small fixed income.  

She is also working on a way to transport herself across the country - if you know anyone connected to the airlines or a prviate organization that donates medical flights, please let me know.

Those are the last two things that have to be done to finalize this move - please  drop me a PM if you have any suggestions for moving  household goods and DJ.

Hi, dear lady.  I'm so glad that you are feeling better with the smaller pump in place and that you continue to improve.  I think of you often with love and appreciation of your wonderful attitude and faith that have helped so many of us.

Lulu, Thanks for keeping  our group up dated, I didn't want anyone to be worrying about me.
Hi Every One, This might be short but very Heart Felt.

Thank you all for your Prayers and positive thoughts, They did the job. I'll post more after I see the Dr. This Morning. Just for a post-op check up.  I feel so much better already with the large pump out of my Ribs. Dr. Dahi was shocked that It was free floating and had moved up so high.. I am just happy it is over and this pump should last me for the next eight years.

As Lulu told you I am still in raining CA. but  not for much longer. I have my Apartment waiting for me in Butler, PA, I AM GOING HOME!!!!! I have a few more task ahead of me, but I know the Lord is leading the way, and it will be HIS WILL if every thing goes on schedule.. So please keep those prayers going. They  really help so much.

Please know that all of you are always in my thoughts and Prayers daily, even when I am not on line.

Sending you each out my Daily Hugs filled with my love... I hope this year is off to a better start for each one of you, hang in there there are always better days ahead for each of us..

All,
I spoke with DJ tonight and she is on the road to recovery.  The pump that was in her had dislodged and was protruding through her ribs, if I got this right.  The new, smaller pump is now in the correct place, and the doctor wired this one extra times to make sure her spasms don't displace it as well.

She says she can already feel a major difference and hopes it continues to improve.

She hopes to be back here soon and leave her own personal message but until then she asked that I relay her thanks to everyone.
