Thanks to your excellent descriptions, I was not thrown by anything that happened at my appointment. She did the internal exam bit, and we jumped right to biofeedback--green mountains and all. I can do the squeeze part pretty well, but there is never complete relaxation. She said the muscles in the pelvic floor were tight to the touch, too. With my exercise instructions, she wrote "relaxation is as important as contraction." OK, great, but how does one make something relax? Maybe when my pelvic floor learns how, it can tell my leg.
Great laughs, Quix! And interesting information.
I wonder if Ann the Continence Fairy will soon be added to the list of "Weather Fairies" in the popular children's book series--right alongside, say, Goldie the Sunshine Fairy, Evie the Mist Fairy, and especially Hayley the Rain Fairy!?

Hilarious! But detailed enough to make me wonder if I really want to go through with my own first appointment next week. Aw, what the heck, I've already asked for the time off work.
I woke Fluffy up laughing!
You're awesome, you know? Thanks much, I needed a good laugh, and you definitely delivered that! Never, ever silence the little voice!

The WiiWii master! HA! LOL!!
Undercarriage and nether regions...I'm laughing, I'm smiling, I'm learning! This must be what my Uro recommend
Seriously, I'm amazed at the progress (and the nut cracking - ha/ha).
You find you don't want to do the homework though?
