Brain lesions

I have had this happen twice..."hearing" cymbals clashing in my brain.  An MRI revealed new brain lesions after both of these incidents.  Is this normal?  Are auditory signs part of MS?

I also get the tinnitus the high pitch ringing in my ears, also i can get a hollow like feeling with my hearing.

I have mild to moderate hearing loss(rare MS symptom) in both ears.

Yes auditory can be effected in some.

I haven't had these problems yet. I have had it where I can't move when having an attack (as I call them), and I can feel them in my head. Kind of like a brain freeze or a really bad headach. I really don't like these feelings. But a nurse at the MS Society told me it was normal,  to feel something in your head while you are having excaberations (attacks to me). Don't know if this helps ya or not. But wanted to put in my 2 cents worth. Karina

Yes auditory symptoms are a part of MS.  Cymbals, I haven't experienced myself.  I have ringing (tinnuitis).  Its just a high pitch hum in my head contantly.  Sometimes it fluctuates and I can make it worse when I yawn or push my head in a certain direction.
