Hi and welcome,
"few punctate periventricular and subcortical white matter T2/FLAIR hyperintense Foci are noted which are nonspecific"
Its basically saying there are a few isolated (foci) micro sized typically (punctate) that could be caused by numerous common medical conditions or be perfectly normal (nonspecific) lesions (T2/Flair hyperintense) in 2 common white matter locations (periventricular and subcortical)
These types of MRI findings are actually the most common type of findings that show up on brain MRI's, so it's highly unlikely that a neurological condition like MS will be at the top of your most likely causes list with just those results....did you have a spinal MRI?
Hope that helps.......JJ
