Do you have muscle shakiness?

I'm not sure the best way to describe it...maybe muscle tremors? I've had tremors in my fingers, where I'll be eating and the fork will wiggle a bit, but nothing very bad. This morning I had my laptop on my lap, and my right hand on the mouse, and my arm started shaking a bit. Nothing too bad, not enough to move the mouse around or anything, but it was noticeable.

Is this just a weird random thing, or should I mention it to my neuro? I've had muscle shakiness before, but it was never bad enough where I could see my arm twitching, it's always been mild enough where it was just a feeling of twitchiness and I couldn't actually physically see the arm moving. (although, as I said, this last time it was a mild movement, nothing dramatic)

I get them during flares, and when I get overheated.  One of my hands is still mildly vibrating from what I guess is a pseudoexacerbation I got from a sinus infection.  Then yesterday I wish a camera was rolling, cause when I got out of the mri tube, my left leg was shaking, and my left arm was flopping around like a fish on land!  After apologizing for scaring the tech, I was laughing about it. It only lasted till I cooled off, but I bet it was funny looking.  (Sorry, my sense of humor is a little bent...)

I get that feeling sometimes, but it has never really been visible unless I over do it in the heat.

Years ago i first noticed a feeling of tremor but couldn't actually really see the tremor per say, more the feeling of. By the time it was visible it was really visible, very much like parkinson's visible, thankfully its not like that all the time. lol the other day whilst chilling at the beach, dh handed me a cooler (not sure what you call it over your way, little bottle of flavoured vodka) and my hand was shaking about 3 to 4 inches, seriously not much left in the bottle before it hit my lips ROFL.

My legs do it too, left one has for years and the right started last year but not as bonkers, the left one can get pretty violent sometimes. Actually the other day i was kneeling down and the lower half of my left leg was shaking and that part of my leg was relaxed, slack muscle but it was flopping all over the place, way weird!

Keep a record, take a video if you can but please do bring it up with your dr, everything adds to the puzzle.

Cheers.........JJ
