Exercise and MS - revisited

MedHelp has an exercise and nutrition expert who is interested in MS and posted this information last month.  I think I shared it at that time, but perhaps I didn't.  I can't tell because no one from here joined in the conversation..

If you are inclined to learn more and think about MS and exercise in a different light, you might consider reading his post.  You can access it at

Alex, the walk sounds wonderful but I am not a sushi eater, and that sure is one crazy way to put a positive face on MS.  Forced to stop and smell the roses.

best,
Lulu

Thanks Lulu,

I am now a convert to exercise no matter how weak or decrepit I feel. Going for a 10, 15, 20 minute walk really helps uplift my mood even if I don't necessarily walk any better as a result.

I had such a lovely day yesterday going for a walk. I even jogged very briefly. Then I came home and lay in the sun for 20 minutes to get my Vit D. Not to mention topping this off by having a sleep in the afternoon and then visiting our local Japanese restaurant and eating delicious freshly made suishi and sushimi.

Actually, I have to say I am very grateful because before MS I wouldn't have taken the time to chill out and enjoy life like I have been over the last 24hours.

Blessings
Alex
