This is the second time this has happened to me. I will get an instant feeling of an electrical shock in my head for a few seconds, and I immediately feel like I'm going to fall, and usually do. I instantly look for something to grab on to. The last time it happened, I had a cup of ice in my hand, and it was so strong, that I ending up dropping the cup and also falling, without my control. It only lasts for a second or two, but I wish I could find out what is causing the electrical shock feeling in my head. I've had two carpal tunnel surgeries on both hands, and constantly drop things if I use my hands normally, like anyone else. I've had 6 back surgeries, including rods (which have been removed), and a fusion on two levels. I also have a herniated disk or two in my neck. Does anyone know or experienced this in their head?
