I see you are a newbie to medhelp and a first time poster on the MS forum, you may have noticed your reception has not quite been like our usual welcome to new members. This may simply be because your post comes across as a little left field-ish, not quite real. We do get the occasional 'cure' type post and they are untrue posts, preaching a 'cure' that doesn't exist, its advertising in discise.
The simple truth is that there is no 'cure' todate, if you have found a 'cure' for your sx it is not because it is a cure for MS, its is simply that you are in the remitting fase or that you never had MS to begin with, sorry but thats the simple truth. I am not wanting to insult you or burst any bubble thats working for you but i am not one to encourage false hope either. So i will encourage you to believe but advice you to educate your self on everything MS as well. A good start would be to read our health pages, top right of your screen, the yellow icon.
We are collectively well educated and supportive, why dont you tell us about your self and your journey with MS. :-)
Cheers...........JJ
If you have MS, congratulations on your remission. So many "miracles" coincide with remission of a relapse, folks who experience this are compelled to write a book or otherwise hawk their success with (insert miracle here).
I wish you a long lasting remission.
Right, and since this has not been through a Phase III trial (it's not a drug, it is a supplement,) the placebi effect never got filtered out.
"It's a miracle."
Bob
It's called "Placebo Effect". It's a known phenomenon that is demonstrated in every drug trial and algorithms are designed to take it into account.
I hope I wasn't mean spirited with my response,
I just wouldn't want give new forum members false hope thru diet..
Those of us that have been here realize that you can help your general health thru diet , and SX may wane a little by eating better.
Johnniebear
I agree with Bob. However, do not be offended I would take it a step further and say it's probably psychosomatic.
You want feel better, therefore you are because of the diet, some people tend to make themselves ill
Thanks for sharing, but
"There are a number of myths about multiple sclerosis that are not based in research. First, multiple sclerosis is not contagious. Second, contact with heavy metals can cause damage to the nerves but there is no evidence of heavy metals or mercury from amalgam in dental fillings being linked with multiple sclerosis. Third, a number of viruses have been and are under study in relationship with multiple sclerosis. However, no virus has been found to cause multiple sclerosis."

Show me a blinded, controlled medical peer reviewed (or industrial hygiene peer reviewed) study that links heavy metal poisoning with MS, and I might change my mind. Until then, it is all "Snake Oil in a Box."
