I was dismissed, by my Neurologist

I was "dismissed" by my Neurologist, because of conflict over a bill, He thought I owed (and I didn't).  Also, I had to get (another) Primary Care Physician, because mine went to work for the VA Hospital.  My new PCP, attempted to set me up, with a new Neurologist, and after several attempts, to set up appointments with a few different Neurologists, he finally set me up with a Neurologist, guess who?  The Neurologist who dismissed me, in the first place.  They have a new receptionist, who said my file, doesn't say anything about owing any bill, so I agreed to go to an appointment, on Monday.  It should prove interesting (I haven't seen him, in over a year).

Thank You Stan. I will take all the help I can. I also pray that you come away with your appt. Monday with some relief and well being.

Again keep us posted you will be in my thoughts and prayers! Does the Neurologist you are going back to practice in Wichita? I see Dr. Kumar in Manhattan.

Going to be a long night for me, like wise I am sure the rest of this week and weekend will seem like its dragging for you. The waiting and wondering is its own kind of torture.

YOU are in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm going into my appointment, on Monday, with little expectations of change, but praying there will be, if you know what I mean.

Take care and May Our God Bless YOU, in His Mighty Way, today, and every day.

I was to have a dr appt tomorrow with my neurologist to find out the results from the LP. I havent seen the results come up via my medical online chart. So this morning I called my neurologist and asked if they would please check and see if they have received all of the results before I come in tomorrow. (I am paying all out of pocket long story my typical luck behind that story)
. Anyways she looked and said all they have gotten back was the results that for the first part of the tests not the ones that my Dr is wanting to see.  Long story short she said to keep my appt and she will do some checking to see why the other part of LP hasnt been received yet.

after a couple of hrs she calls back and apologizes and says that no one seems to know where they are and lets move the appt to thursday. I agreed and she stated she would call me tomorrow and let me know if we need to reschedule again and that she was again going to call the hospital where the LP was done and see if she can find someone else to talk to. I thanked her and we ended the call.

5 minutes later she calls back and guess what?? They have gotten the results that the hospital had them all along. So it seems I will find out tomorrow what if anything the results have to say.

I am very nervous and scared. Scared they wont have any answers for me and scared they will. But at least they found the results!

Its been a long month since that LP but the next 19 hrs will seem much longer. Stan I hope your waiting for Monday doesnt seem as long for you to get here!

I hate the medical system. I just got a call I need an echocardiogram in two days. I also have a CT and chemo that day.My nurse made the appointment. The appointment center I needed to set up this appointment weeks in advance because the appointments are at the same time. I told her my nurse is lame and does this kind of thing all the time. She said I should complain. I said I have but it is like the airlines they tell you they will get back to you in thirty days and do nothing.I am also trying to get a Cancer pain drug filled. It is sitting at the pharmacy and I can't touch it. There phone system says you can only complain once so I complained on Facebook.

I will certainly let you know.
I wasn't particularly impressed, with him, while I was seeing him.  When we (my Wife and I) go to my appointments, he doesn't talk to me, he talks to her.  When I bring up any issues, he simply ignores my questions.  I have to give him credit though, because he diagnosed me, so quickly (back in December 2009).
