Internal anal sphincter not getting message from brain

I have MS. It is the non-relapsing form.

The internal anal sphincter is controlled by signals from the brain. My brain is not sending any signals for the internal anal sphincter to relax and open.

My intestines contract trying to expel the poop but cannot because of anal sphincter not relaxing. It is very painful.  What is solution to my problem?  Will I need surgery?
