L'Hermittes

ELT
I seem to recall reading in a post that l'hermittes isn't necessarily only felt when you bend your neck forward.  That it can be felt in your arms, legs, hands, feet.  I frequently get a zap from my elbow, or slightly higher, to my fingers, and from my knees to my toes.  Only once, that I recall, from my neck.  Well, one day of little zaps.

Could that be considered l'hermittes?  Or is it just from the neck?

   Thanks.

L'hermittes is considered the zap from neck flexion. It's a 'sign' of MS, which surprises me because it's one thing that can be only reported and not seen by a neuro. MSers often get other electrical zaps as well, though these aren't part of L'hermittes.
