What are you on Remicade for?  And no, I disagree that normal aging brings on small foci.  I agree it is possible MS.

The question is Why did you have a brain MRI and what are your symptoms.  T2 hyperintense foci can happen with migraine disease and as a result of aging (think 60+.)  How old are you?
Subcortical white matter doesn't really same where.  If these were frontal lobe lesions, Id think your nuero would be looking for causes other than MS. Could it be MS?  Yes.  It could also be a bunch of other things.

40. Neuro said he sees it all the time with normal aging starting around 30ish and my primary care doc said the same thing, but want to watch it in case it is being caused by the Remicade.
