MS/ Fibro/ Something else??? Please help

Hello I have been working with healthcare for 18 months now and have not localized what's causing my pain and symptoms.  I have constant chest muscular pain/ spasms/ cramps.  Recent'y had a normal Cardiac Stress Test and Echocardiogram which is great news.  I've been working with a neurologist the whole time, we had brain/ spinal MRI's done 9 months ago which seemed normal, I'm requesting to get those done again and chest MRI.  I have muscle spasms all through out my body.  I wake up my upper back is cramped across from spasms in my sleep?  I get muscle pain now all through out my thighs too.  The muscle spasms/ fasciculation's are literally all over my body.  I do get micro migraines that do affect my vision on my right  side/ eye.  The chest pains go across my whole chest and feels like a pinching squeezing band and sometimes a really painful feeling on my left side and sometimes right side too.  I find a heating pad to help some when it's flailing up or lots of baths.  I do have trouble with balance here and there too.  Can anyone offer an opinion or advice?  These symptoms have slowly progressed over the past five years, and even worse the past 3 years hence why I started seeking healthcare to find help.  I do have a sleep study consult scheduled and a appointment this week ahead with my neurologist.
