MSAA The Motivator

I was just goign through some of my magazines and came across the Winter/spring issue of MSAA's The Motivator.  It is free online magazine through their website or you may order a hard copy free of charge.

This particular issue is entitled "Symptom Management Update, An overview of the many strategies, therapies, and medications used to manage MS symptoms".  It is probably one of the most useful issues I have came across in regards to the subject.    The language is straight forward and simple.  Many different options are covered.

It is a must have, in my opinion for those who are dx with MS (no matter the length of time) and for those in limbo-land who are dealing with symptoms and searching for answers.  It discusses many of thing we discuss amongst ourselves.  Just go to http://msassociation.org/  This is the current issue is shown on the home page.  Back issues can also be viewed and/or ordered for no cost.

Just sharing, terry
