Thank you Q for the answer! So...I first noticed balance issues when all of this started. My equalibrium was off a lot..if. head spinning dizziness, falling a lot.  I also started the hearing loss before that. Now with the swallowing. Should they look in the particular area for leisons then? It seems that no one ever connects my sx, or is that just not done? It only makes sense to me!

Also do you know if you can still have mg and be sero neg for it?
Thank you again.

First, yes, hearing loss is occasionally seen with MS.  It is not rare, but is not among the most common of all effects.  Damage to any of the cranial nerves can occur.  These nerves arise directly from the brain and the brainstem and are resonsible for things like sight, hearing, smell, taste, facial movements, facial sensation, vestibular (balance and equilibrium), swallowing, etc.

Second, if the muscles that are responsible for opening and closing the mouth are weakened by MS, then repetitive use of them can certainly be felt as weaking during use or easily fatiguing with use.  The first thing the neuro would think of is Myasthenia Gravis and you were appriately tested for it.  We have a lot people here complain of fatigueing with chewing or talking.
