MS meds

Hi. Does anyone know the name  of a med used to help MS Pain? It starts with "O". It may be used for nerve pain. Thanks

Doc gave me diclofenac sodium. I think it's anti inflammatory. She decided my low back and led pain is ortho in nature not neurologic in origin. At visit 4 mos ago she mentioned a nerve pain med that starts with letter "O" . Of course I wrote it down .

What kind of pain there is nerve pain: Neurontin or Gabenpentin, Tegretol, Tinazidine, Lyrica.
Muscle spasms: Baclofen and Zanaflex. there others but I do not know the name.
There is Oxcodone for pain. It does not work as well for MS since it does not work on nerves or muscles.
Most people need a combination of muscle and nerve pain meds.
