I'm guessing that you're talking about the cognitive testing? If so, as Tammy and Sarah have indicated, you can't study for the test. Just go in and give it your best shot.

It can be long, and at times frustrating, but you can't fail the test :-) When I went back for my results the neuropsychologist said She had good news and bad news. She said the good news was that I was average, the bad news was that I was average :-)

just relax and do what the neuro tells you; it tells him, as Maxthecat43 told you, how you are progressing.  Other tests will determine if you have MS or where you stand if you do.

My neuro does an abbreviated neuro test every time I visit him and tells me if my current problems have progressed further or not.

There is no way to prepare for this exam.  There is no pass or fail.  The exam will simply tell the neurologist how you are doing.  The exam itself doesn't diagnose you, it just gives the doctor an idea how to proceed.
