Migraines/headaches

I've always had problems with headaches pretty much almost every day. This week they are so much worse, I wake up with throbbing headaches every single morning. I usually take Aleve and it goes away but I've had to take my migraine meds because nothing is working. I'm also having numbness and burning/throbbing pain in my right leg and left arm... And difficult word recall and brain fog. I think I'm having a relapse. I was just diagnosed 2 years ago and I haven't had a full on relapse since then- but I feel like this might be one. What do you guys do about it? I won't do steroids. Is it even worth doing an MRI or looking into it further if I refuse to use steroids? (I'm getting married in December and I've already gained 50 lbs from all this MS crap and meds I've been on) this blows!!!

I have been plagued with migraines/headaches for years. About 12-15 months ago I finally gave up the Pill. Until the rise in my MS, I had barely noticed headaches after quitting. Like almost immediately.

I do notice an increase in headaches with an increase in my Sx. I'm also getting them now with Plegridy. I suspect some of it is sleep related.

I have had lots of headaches but mine turned out to be my female hormones. Now that I am in Menopause they are better. I had atypical migraines. I would get headaches and barf but I also would lose vision on the left and my left side would go numb. When the migraine medicine would kick in it would go away. If it is a relapse and you do not want to do steroids all you can do is wait it out. Yes you could have a MRI if you possibly need to change your DMD if it is not working as well.
