Ms plus positive ana

For years I have had pso ana. Sometimes up at 1200, usually around 600. I've read ana has nothing to do with ms so is it poss I'm fighting ms and another disorder? I was negative for lupus and lymes. Spinal tap shows 6 bands.

oops i just breifly responded to ANA and obands in your other post, Lupus is probably the best MS mimic of all, both Lupus and Lyme are difficult to diagnose but ANA can be a false positive and it isn't just associated with those 2 conditions....
