My MRI results

I had a MRI done. I am in severe pain and need to know if the results can clairfy it for me . Here is my results. Thank You!
L3-L4" Diffuse disc bulge with tiny right paracentral disc herniation. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy. L4-L5= Diffuse disc bulge, eccentric to the left. Disc material does mildly eccaces fat inferiorly in the left neural foramen.
Then it says this.. IMPRESSION. Degeerative disc disease at L3-L4 AND L4-L5. AT L3-L4 THERE IS A TINY RIGHT PARACENTRAL DISC HERNIATION. lEFT ECCENTRIC DIFFUSE DISC BULGE NOTED AT L4-L5. No adanced central or foraminal stenosis identified.
What does this mean
is this causing me pain.!? Help Please!

You have two degenerative disks and one disk is herniated Some people have bad disks and have no symptoms other people have symptoms. It has nothing to do with MS. It can cause pain.

You have inadvertently landed in the multiple sclerosis community.  Your mri is showing signs of degenerative disc disease -- you will have more success at the spinal cord community here:

I'm sorry you are experiencing so much pain and I hope you can find help :).
