I am holding on to my Faith it will get me through..

My Dear Friends,
At times like this things can change so many times and you never know what the next bit of news will be.
Tonight my Daughter Cheri, Son Tony and Granddaughter Allison (Cheri's Oldest) came here. I knew right away I wasn't going to want to hear what they were going to tell me.

Late this afternoon Mom's heart Surgeon called in the doctors he wanted to do the CT scan and EEG on my Mom' brain. I had thought they were going to wait a few days, not that it matters..
The test showed that only my Mom's deep brain was undamaged and large portion was dark and couldn't be seen and the brain waves confirmed what the CT scan was showing.

My heart is breaking into so many pieces but I also know that Time will allow it to slowly heal. I also believe with all that I am that Our Lord is watching over all those I love & care about, this includes each of you.

Right now I am so grateful that I always took the time to tell Mom that I loved her and what a Blessing she has always been to me.

I made my peace with my Mother many years ago and was able to move beyond the past. These past years I have been able to show her in as many ways as possible that she was loved and cared for, at least in my heart I know I did the best I could.

I want to thank each of you so much for all your Prayers. None of them were ever in vain. Our Lord hears all Prayers and answers each of them in His own way. For me I found over the years it is best not to ask why? for there is No answer to that question. Every thing in His Time and in His Way. I feel Him watching over me and know I am not alone.

Right now every one has to take care of themselves, I can do Nothing for them...I can only Pray for them to find peace and to try and be good to one other, which I am sure they will do.

I am very worried about my brother Dale, he has his last radiation treatment this coming Friday, I don't think he should fly out here his system is so weaken from the treatments he has been taking for the cancer. I know it is so hard for him to be so far away... BUT.... sometimes there just aren't any easy answers. Is There.

Please continue to Pray for my Mom that her heart and soul will be at peace and that she suffers no more pain. This is my Prayer for her.

What more can be said? My prayers are still being sent (adding a special one for Dale), wishing the same for your Mother that you do.  I'm also wishing and hoping for strenghth for you, to take care of yourself while getting through this difficult time.

I will never stop praying, even with the recent news.  Oh sweet precious woman, I weep with you, but will not ask God why this is happening.  I know that he is in control.  I do ask that God and his angels wrap there arms around you and give you peace and comfort.  I also ask these things for youf mother.

Pastor Dan...the utube video you posted was absolutely beautiful.  I will continue to listen to it throughout the day, to give me strength.  I hope all of our members listen to it also.  It's beautiful.  Thank you.
