is it MS?

I had optic neuritis in my left eye 10 years ago. Was checked for lesions in my head but tested negative. Currently my vision is back to almost 90% and never had a relapse.

However, 2 weeks ago my left arm started to have tremor which lasted for a few hours. A few days later my right knee started to feel slightly numb but the feeling is on and off. Then my left foot started to feel numb. Some times it feels numb and sometimes it feels like pins and needles. The feeling on my right knee is gone now but somehow my right thigh muscle twitches occasionally and i feel like both my legs are feeling funny (some times numb.. sometimes pins and needles) which come and go.

I am confused whether it could be a result of me being over-sensitive or should I go get it checked. Does symptoms in MS progress from a spot to another so fast, like within days...?

Forgot to add that just today, my lower back (a little right from the middle of my back) started to have on and off short sharp pain... not sure if it's related.
