Pineal gland Lesion

Hi, I am hoping I can get a question answered because unfortunately as I see my MRI report and I think we all do this we GOOGLE and GOOGLE to no ends.
Until I see my doctor I am worried like crazy!!!
I had some MRI's and CT's done and they threw a MRI of my brain in.
I am a Carcinoid Cancer patient and with Carciniod, well it can pretty much go ANYWHERE!
So the Scans were because I have been passing out, headaches, dizzy, nausea, among other symptoms.
When the ER did a scan the ENT saw something and wanted a dedicated scan of my sinuses and well that brings me to the MRI of my brain.
SO... (sorry of the long but brief start)

It states that I have a nonenhancing pineal gland lesion measuring 4 mm demonstrates low signal on T1 high signal on T2 weighted images remains stable.

I have not seen my neurologist in about 1 yr (see him for a seizure disorder that is stable for years and migraines) My oncologist that I was seeing In TN just left the practice so I am now looking for a new one will probably go to one in NY if not PA. But my primary doctor monitors me, she is great.
My concern is how fast do I need to rush to someone.

When I looked up the pineal gland is mentions of course the endocrine system and of course I happen to have an endocrine cancer and mentions a lot of symptoms that can be masked and misdiagnosed that unfortunately happens a lot these days and for years for Carcinoid Patients.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Thank you

Hi Mom of 5 -

We are a pretty narrowly focused group. MS is our stock in trade. While pineal gland issues do pop up from time to time you may get more informed answers in the Brian Health forum.
