Possible MS?

I'm a 25yr old male. Average height, weight, health, with mild to no exercise. About 3 months ago I had some strange symptoms of intense tiredness, brain fog, anxiety out of nowhere, slight numbness in the face, (when I refer to numbness it's never full blown to the point when I touch the effected area I can't feel it, it's more of an "asleep" feeling without the tingling).
They did multiple blood tests, 3-4 different panels, all one after another bc they were all coming back normal. Then they ordered an MRI with and without contrast. My symptoms lasted for about 2-4 weeks, then all of a sudden everything went away.
About 2 months after my symptoms went away I started having dull lower back pain for about 4 weeks thinking it would go away, it never did. Then I stared experiencing numbness in my lower left leg, lower left arm, and face (all intermittently and not specifically together) for about a week and I went to a chiropractor 3 times over 3 weeks and my back pain went away but the numbness stayed.
Then I went to my General practitioner and she put me on a 6 day steroid pack with a muscle relaxer at night (in thoughts that I had stressed the muscles in my back to point of freaking my nerves out, so the steroids and relaxers would allow things to settle and heal). That treatment started 4 days ago. And I was starting to feel much better yesterday and the beginning of today. (with a side note of random intermittent muscle spams *primarily the front of my left shoulder* starting the day I started this treatment)
BUT Today I was eating lunch with friends and after I finished my right sinus started building pressure, and in the span of 60sec it felt extremely pressurized, I started to feel light headed and my face was so red to the point my friend asked if I was ok, I said no (thinking I was having an allergic reaction) we needed to go to the hospital (which was right across the street). I stood up and walked outside and in a matter of 60 seconds I felt a lot better, almost totally normal. But then about 30 minutes later all of my "numbness" symptoms came back but on my right side.

I guess the point of this post is to see if anyone has ever heard of this or has dealt with this.

Thank you for your time and advice.

Hi and welcome,

To a Dr the term 'numbness' refers to partial or complete loss of sensation and is often accompanied by abnormal sensations, such as tingling. Many people mistakenly use the term numbness when they have abnormal sensations such as tingling, prickling, or a pins-and-needles sensation or when a limb feels weak or is paralyzed—perhaps partly because people with numbness often also have such abnormal sensations and symptoms. (see merck manuals)

I'm honestly not really sure what you are meaning when you say "asleep feeling without the tingling", the 'asleep' descriptive is usually how people describe a complete absence of sensation and or pins and needles, tingling etc and it's more commonly associated with restricted blood circulation or nerve compression situation in lower limbs eg entire leg, leg below knee, foot, ankle, toe(s) or upper limbs eg entire arm, arm below the elbow, wrist, hand, fingers.....

I just can't work out how a pattern of numbness in the "lower left leg, lower left arm, and face" that stops and starts at different times would follow known anatomical nerve distributions for a central nervous system neurological disease like MS, or even a specific structural issue to causes stress to the muscles or nerves in your spine in the same pattern.

I genuinely can't give you much information accept to advice you to consider this 'might' still all be anxiety and or accelerated breathing related because of the type of symptom pattern you've been experiencing, i hope you don't dismiss the potential of mental health with out seriously thinking about the possibility that you are dealing with a lot more stress and worry than your really acknowledging, and if there is some things going on, it just might change your tomorrows by talking to someone and learning how to cope with stress better.

I hope that helps a little......JJ

I suppose what I'm feeling would be called partial numbness then, bc it feels numb but when I touch the effected area I can feel it.  Also to note, the only area in having pain is in my lower back, which is very dull even at that.
Another question to your response, how could "underlying anxiety and stress" cause all of the symptoms I'm experiencing?
