Question for those taking a DMD

Which disease modifying drug therapy are you currently taking? With the recent addition of several new treatments, and as I ponder making a change, I'm curious as to how many here are on the various DMDs available.

Also interested in those taking something not on the list (eg Novantrone), and whether you have been on more than one DMD and if so, why?

DD was put right onto Rituxan. So far, so good, but it is only 3 months since her first infusion.

I started on Tecfidera shortly after Dx last May. I tolerate the medicine well with only very mild side effects early on. Looking forward to my MRI in May to gauge efficacy.

Hi DV, I am on Rituximab which I have been on for over 6 years now. This works well for my RA & MS.

I started on Tysabri. After 20 infusions I converted to JCV +. It was also determined at that time that Tysabri was no longer working. I switched to rituximab.

I am on year three of Tysabri after almost three on Copaxone.    It's hard to believe I have been doing this for several years.

I'm on Daclizumab High Yield Process.

I was on the phase III portion of the drug trial for three years and may have been on either DAC HYP or Avonex at the time (double blinded, so I don't know), but know that I'm on the extension, it's open label.

I know I'm on Daclizumab. Participating in both arms of the study represents the sum total of my DMD experience. There was no "before".
