Hope you feel like posting again with more info. I have a sleep problem myself, but there are as many vaiations of problem as people.
Wad lucky enougj to have an overnight and daytime sleep sutdy. Maybe worth asking for one if things get orks.
Ztually need a strong cofee. But din't sleeop at all lawth night.
I've not found the perfect "get to sleep" remedy either and it's always an issue.
Sorry to not be very helpful w/this sitch. I could pass you the don't drink too much caffeine, relax before bedtime, stick to the same routine advice, but truthfully that's not worked for me in a long time....

I have to agree with sosh that more info might be helpful.
Do you have trouble falling asleep? Staying asleep? Why for both and what wakes you up are good starters.
You said that you are lucky if you get six hours. If that is 6 in a row then I am jealous!!!!
