Scared!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night laying in bed suddenly i felt hot flushes and my air waves closing feeling  i could not breath at all. Wanted to move my hands and feet so my boyfriend could see something was not right but I could not Move as if I was Paralyzed. Must have been the longest seconds in my life i thought I was going to die and suffocate to death.
I really dont't know how why it happened. I remember being soo sleepy and tired.

I think it's sleep paralysis. I have had it since teenage and have a very very bad case. I'm 54 and I still have it. It happens when I am mentally tired or just out of the blue. It's very scary. I only feel like I can't breathe if I am lying face down and of course I cannot move my head.
