Stiff legs difficulty in walking after foot sprain

Hi Everyone,
Four month ago after 1 km hill running my both legs became heavy and numb.As I try to walk after taking some rest I feel electric shock type jerk behind my left knee and I fell down and twisted my right foot. After some days I feel tingling and numbness type feeling on my left foot. Now after recovery of right foot sprain I am feeling tightness in my right calf with clicking sounds. My left leg sometimes looks very light, burning, tingling and numb left foot. All my blood work ,MRI, NCV, Doppler is normal.Sometimes I am feeling twitching all around my body.I can't walk on flat surfaces. My legs are going tight. However I can climb stairs easily. Now I am scared about MS,ALS etc....what is going with me? Is this anxiety, fear or anything else? Please help me.Thanx & regards

Hi and welcome,

I'm genuinely unsure how you've come up with MS or ALS.....from my understanding there could possibly be a health anxiety related issue going on after the fact but otherwise it sounds to me like your dealing with a running related injury eg irritation, inflammation, tear etc to the tendons or ligaments and getting assessed by a physiotherapist might be a good idea to work out what's going on.

Hope that helps......JJ
