Terrible ankle cramps middle nite.

When I wake middle night, I stretch and my feet and ankles go into spasms so badly I put shoes on.  What is wrong, age 70

I have that problem! I have myoclonus in my legs and spine, and spinal damage.

Muscle relaxers help me with myoclonus.

A lot of people are magnesium deficient -- you could have that tested and supplement if necessary.
