Guitar_grrrl thanks for replying.Unfortunately my poor husband is
in the midst of being dx with RA.Talk about bad timing lol.How can
2 people under 55 become chronically ill at the same time.Poor guy
can't even close his hands. He woke up one morning and BAM just
like that in under 6 months he struggles to walk until mid morning.
I do get internal tremors and extreme weakness after exertion and
thought maybe my blood sugar was being used up quickly and dropping
but I am not a diabetic.Very frustrating with all the symptoms and am
being ping ponged from Dr to specialist and nothing is coming up on
tests.
Well what you say makes perfect sense supermum.I was told as well
in ER to drink more fluids.I admit I am not a fan of drinking water,so
lately have been drinking a mix of water with sliced cucumbers, limes
and strawberries just to be encouraged to drink. The day I mowed I
made sure I had plenty to drink as well as protein since the more energy
I use the weaker I become(can't figure that one out).My BP was high upon
mowing 142/125 pulse 95.I tried again yesterday as we are having a very
cool week in our weather so I thought hmmm I will try again.About 45 min in
same symptoms started so I stopped. So depressing and frustrating.I am only
49 yrs old and should have many years left in me to do basic chores.I tried
to fight back the tears of frustration but finally just gave in and had a good
cry :( .
I've not had this experience either, i've never been a person who gets headaches though. Over heating and or activity typically makes my double vision worse and like GG an increase in spasms and tremor but for me it domino's and before i know it, i'm a wobbly walking string puppet and struggling to get words out of my mouth.
If your headache starts at the temple, and turns into a tension type headache, it sounds to me like it could be related to dehydration or even something along the lines of Hypertension, which can also cause headaches....... is it possibly not specifically the heat but the type of 'physical activity' you are doing that brings it on these headaches?
Cheers.............JJ
I have not had this experience. I've given up mowing (DH does it), but when I did do it, I would get a significant increase in spasms and tremor. Good ol' Uthoff's phenomenon at work!
