I do have tremors but for various reasons I decided not to take any medication, so i don't have personal experience with propranolol sorry. At this stage there still seems to be a distinct lack of research and treatment options for MS tremor's. It's one of the MS issues that doesn't have a good track record treatment wise for some reason and tremor treatments can actually worsen fatigue so it can be very hit and miss help wise unfortunately...
