What if my left and right bottom sides hurt also pain near my kidneys?

This has been going on for 5 weeks now and my abdomen has been hurting for this long. The pain is located near my pancreas and appendix and my kidneys. It is often hard to breath and I get blackouts all the time. It feels like someone is squeezing my stomach so hard and won't stop. I drink water enough. I eat enough. I know I'm not constipated because I have had no pain. If you know what is going on, please answer me.

Your question has landed in the MS community but what you have described would likely be many different things, all completely unrelated to a neurological condition like MS, so if you haven't seen your general physician yet i would suggest you bring it to the attention of your doctor that with these symptoms you are also blacking out and finding it hard to breath so appropriate tests can be run.
