Usage of Message System

I have a question.  Not to sound dumb, but how do you send your messages?  Mine either are not going to the sender (as per the message that I am receiving on the screen such as unauthorized user, blocked, etc.) or they just delete and do not go.  Sometimes they are not even on my sent list.  Is a person block with the red box or the green box?  I have tried it both ways.  Even MedHelp has not responded so I am presuming that my questions are not going to them.  I am just having a lot of trouble with this new system.  As you know, I just recently started getting things to post to this part.  I am confused as to how the new system works.  This is the only part I understand.  Was there some instruction seminar/section that I missed or something?

Sorry for my ignorance.  The older system seemed easy.  I am sure that this must have many new perks.  I just have not found any of them yet.

Maybe check your "User Profile Settings" and see who you accept messages from.  If you set it to "Everyone" no one will be blocked.

Hope this might help...

Thanks!  But, how do I do that? I do not have any selection for that.  I have nothing in that screen anymore at all and I really do not wish to reset it, again.  I have to watch what personal information I am posting for safety reasons right now.

I do not understand why MedHelp is not responding to me.

Thank you, again.

Try these steps...

*Go to your profile page (you have to be Logged In to change settings)

*Look for "Settings" in the upper right corner, and click on "Settings"

* Once in the Settings page, near the center of the page you should see
   "Notifications | Password | Block List | Privacy "

*Click on "Privacy"

*You can set the various sections in your profile for sharing/privacy

*Also, make certain your email address is verified...in the "Notifications" section...not
sure if this matters, but it might

See if that changes anything for you.

Good luck!
