are you regular?

Hello MS community. I hope everyone is well. You may recall when I first joined the group a few months back, I mentioned that the only ongoing symptom I had for decades was constipation. I ran 3 to 7 miles daily to help alleviate the issue. I remain as active as I can but I am very far from regular. I do not want more drugs and I already eat a ton of fruit. I have been reading about caster oil. I also have done extensive research about the gut being tied to several auto immune diseases. Your thoughts, feedback and wisdom are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Gina

I too suffer from from constipation on a regular basis. I eat a very healthy diet for the most part and drink a lot of water. But it seems to be an ongoing problem. I doubled my magnesium and believe it or not raisin bran every morning has so far been helping. I am keeping my fingers crossed it will continue to work.
It has been a very hard symptom to deal with as it just makes you feel so crummy.
I feel your pain. Try some raisin bran and let me know if it helps.
Best regards, barb

I have tried everything. Like everything else it is trying to find the right things. Worse then constipation to me is the gas pain. I also try everything until I end up with the runs. Lactilose has helped too. It is sugar so not that good for your body.

Have you tried Magnesium Glycinate 400? I have tried everything and this works for me.
