there was a subependymal high t2 lowt1 signal structure in the perventricular white matter of right parietal lobe probley representing a subependymal cycst what does this mean

I would seem in the subependymal area, which is periventricular, you have a cyst. A cyst is a fluid filled "sac". I think you should talk to your Dr about it to see what it means as I am not sure. It could be harmless. It's not MS related though I don't think.
